AboutDan Wu was raised in Southern California. He attended undergraduate at the University of California Riverside where he graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors of Arts in economics. He attended Gonzaga University School of Law where he received his JD in 2013. He started his career as a Spokane County Prosecutor before being an in house associate for a local credit union. He opened Equanimity Law in 2016 and currently practices Bankruptcy, Business, and Criminal Defense. |

All of the debtor's assets are measured and evaluated, and the assets may be used to repay a portion of outstanding debt. |

Criminal defense law consists of the legal protections afforded to people who have been accused of committing a crime.
Criminal defense lawyers deal with the issues surrounding an arrest, a criminal investigation, criminal charges, sentencing, appeals, and post-trial issues. |
